Lost/damaged library materials should be reported as soon as possible to the staff on duty at the BWN Circulation Desk or by email to biblioteka.wn@uw.edu.pl. We usually ask to repurchase the same title, unless the relevant section decides otherwise – please wait for an e-mail with information.
Damaged items (as well as found items) must be returned to us.
